I worked with Mark recently to sell a building. I was impressed with Mark from our first meeting and only became more impressed over time. He was informative and easy to work with. He knows the business inside and out and makes things easy. The building that was sold was owned by my sister and me. The building is in LA, my sister lives in Ithaca, NY and I live in San Francisco. It was not an issue Mark handled everything to make it work seamlessly. We had multiple offers to choose from as he marketed the property extremely well. He is a true professional. I will tell a story. We need my Mom to fill out some forms. My Mom is 86 and has never been easy to get along with. Mark went over met with my Mom and the notary and handled everything. On leaving my Mom said if you come back you need to bring me candy. Mark asked what kind do you like and she said See's. We did not think anything of it as we would not need anything else signed by my Mom. Well it turned out we needed an additional form signed. Mark showed up with the paperwork. The first thing my Mom said when she opened the door is where is my candy. Mark handed her a box of See's candy and said you said you like See's. It was amazing. My Mom is one of Mark's biggest fans and that says a great deal. I can not recommend Mark enough. We have two other properties that we will be selling over time and we will only be working with Mark to sell them.

If you are looking for an honest, extremely responsive agent who knows how to get stuff done Mark is the agent to call. Mark exceeded our expectations through complex issues surrounding the sale of a problematic property. I think that Mark is a hard working agent, probably the hardest working agent I know and I have several hometown friends and relatives nearby who are agents.
